Exchanges & Returns FAQ

We hope you'll be delighted with your order. However, if it's not quite what you were expecting, just follow our return guide for a smooth refund or exchange. Alternatively, you can reach out to our support team at support@summerycopenhagen.com for further assistance.

We accept returns items within 14 days
, starting with the day that you receive item(s). Please notify us of your intent to return an item within this 14-day period. Returns initiated after this timeframe will not be accepted. 

 

WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you wish to exchnage an item for a different size or colour please contact our customer support. We provide free exchange for all purchases within 14 days, starting with the day that you receive item(s).

You will be asked to send the item back to us, meanwhile we will ship the new exchange item free of charge. 

If you receive a defective item, we will offer a complimentary replacement or issue a refund if the item is out of stock.


    WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

    Returning Items for a Refund:

    • Items must be returned unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and with the original tags attached.
    • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    • Once SUMMERY Copenhagen receives and inspects your returned parcel, we will process your refund. This typically takes between 7 and 14 days, depending on the country from which you are shipping.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
    • Our customer service team will send you an email confirmation once we have received your return and processed your refund.

    HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND?

    If your purchase is from within Australia, send it via postal service with tracking to our return address. Please note, SUMMERY Copenhagen doesn't cover return shipping costs.

    • Package the items securely and send it back to our return address using a postal service with tracking.
    • After shipping, contact our customer service team at support@summerycopenhagen.com to provide the tracking number for your returned package.

    FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

    If you've purchased from 
    outside of Australia please send the parcel back to our warehouse using a courier package service provider. Please note, that the cost to ship a parcel back is not covered by SUMMERY Copenhagen.

    • Mark your package as 'E-COMMERCE RETURN. NO DUTY PAYABLE.'
    • Send the package to our return address via courier service with tracking.
    • For all international returns, it is necessary to attach the original invoice in a clear envelope on the outside of your package.

    *Use the invoice you received with the parcel.

    We only accept returns sent directly to our return address. We don't accept returns at parcel shops, pick-up locations, or other addresses. We also don't accept in-person returns at our address. If your return is mislabelled or requires a signature and ends up at a parcel shop, we can't retrieve it, and it will be returned to you at your own cost.
