Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

SUMMERY Copenhagen accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

  • All major credit cards, as shown at checkout;
  • Afterpay: Shop now and pay later over the next 6 weeks;
  • PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us;
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

CAN I PAY LATER FOR MY PURCHASE?

Sure! We're thrilled to let you know that you can now choose Afterpay when shopping at SUMMERY. This means you can buy what you want today and pay for it in four smaller payments over the next six weeks.

Simply choose Afterpay option at the checkout.

When Will my order be shipped?

All orders placed before 11.00 am are usually shipped on the same day.
But in busy periods, your order will always be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order.

How Can I cancel my order?

Once you have received your order confirmation it is not possible to cancel or change your order.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order is fulfilled you will receive a tracking number via email.

I have not received my order, what to do?

If you have not received your order within the transit time we have stated, please let us know by contacting us here. We will locate the package for you.

CAn I exchange for another size or colour?

Yes. Simply contact our customer support to inniciate the exchange process within 30 days of purchase.

How To Return My Items?
We hope you'll love your order, but if it isn't quite right - simply return it!

We accept all items returned within 30 days, starting with the day that you receive item(s). If you're looking for a different size or colour, please contact our customer support to inniciate a free exchange. 

To return your items you will be asked to send the parcel to our Australian warehouse address. Please read instructions here, or simply contact our customer support team.


We kindly inform you that shipping costs for returning items are at your own expense.

When will i get my refund?

Once we have received the goods and inspected the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.

It may take up to 14 business days before the amount will be back on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
We will refund the amount to the credit card on which the goods were purchased.
